Our property consists of the house and two gites. There are detached villas in their own grounds around us but their distance, stone walls trees and bushes makes it very difficult to see in either direction. I do not consider the property overlooked.

The plentiful restaurants and amenities of Barjac are only about 1.5km downhill from us.

There is a taxi sevice in Barjac https://www.ambulances-sarrazin.fr/  however if it is arranged in advance and subject to us being available we will collect you from Barjac after your evening meal.

A car is necessary to take full advantage of the vast range of activities and places to visit in the area however a car is not essential. There is an abundance of countryside to explore immediately from Villa Pastis. Barjac is a short 1.5km walk downhill. It takes about 15 minutes along an off the road track. This is unlit on a nightime. The walk back up the hill can take only about 20 minutes. From Barjac there are in high season four coaches per day none stop to Avignon and the route extends North to Vallon Pont D’arc.

The normal depth of the entire pool is 1.4m. This makes it ideal for swimming but not suitable for children that cannot swim unless directly accompanied.
